Question 1: Why Does Sally Need an Emergency C-Section?
Sally and Billy’s excitement could turn into terror when Nate delivers frightening news about the pregnancy.
During a routine examination, Sally suddenly experiences severe pain and dizziness. Nate orders an immediate ultrasound and discovers that the baby is in distress.
He explains that waiting for a natural delivery could place both Sally and her daughter in serious danger. The medical team must perform an emergency C-section immediately.
Sally is terrified because the baby is arriving earlier than expected. She asks Billy to promise that he will protect their daughter if anything happens to her.
Billy refuses to consider losing either of them and assures Sally that they will come through the crisis together.
Question 2: Will Sally and Her Baby Survive the Surgery?
As Sally is taken into the operating room, Billy waits outside, unable to control his fear. Nate warns him that the baby may need help breathing and could spend several weeks in the neonatal unit.
Adam learns about the emergency and rushes to the hospital. His arrival creates tension, but Billy is too frightened to argue with him.
After a difficult surgery, Nate finally returns with an update. Sally has survived, and the baby girl has been delivered. However, she is extremely small and must remain under constant medical care.
Billy is allowed to see his daughter through the incubator while Sally remains unconscious after the operation. He promises the baby that her mother will soon be beside her.
But the crisis may not be over. Nate notices unexpected bleeding and orders additional treatment for Sally.
Will Sally wake up and finally hold her daughter, or will Billy be forced to face another devastating medical emergency?
