A heartbreaking family confrontation could change everything at Forrester Creations on The Bold and the Beautiful.
Eric has finally reached his breaking point after witnessing Ridge’s repeated mistakes and unfair treatment of Zende.
He believes Ridge’s constant favoritism toward RJ has created serious divisions within the family and pushed talented designers away from the company.
After Zende and Dylan decide to leave Forrester, Eric becomes increasingly disappointed in his son’s leadership.
He desperately urges Ridge to acknowledge his mistakes and take responsibility for the company’s growing problems.
However, Ridge refuses to apologize or reconsider RJ’s position.
Eric becomes absolutely furious.
He accuses Ridge of destroying everything he spent decades building.
Then Eric makes a shocking announcement.
He is leaving Forrester Creations and wants nothing more to do with Ridge’s management.
Ridge is completely stunned by his father’s devastating decision.
Question 2: Will Eric’s Departure Finally Force Ridge to Step Down From Forrester Creations?
Ridge desperately begs Eric to reconsider, insisting that the company cannot survive without his experience and leadership.
But Eric refuses to change his mind.
He explains that he can no longer watch Ridge sacrifice talented designers simply to protect RJ.
Meanwhile, Brooke is horrified when she learns that Eric has decided to walk away from the family business.
RJ begins feeling guilty, realizing that his privileged position may have contributed to the crisis.
Even more shocking, Zende becomes emotional when he discovers that Eric has abandoned Forrester because of Ridge.
Katie and Hope may see Eric’s departure as an opportunity to strengthen Logan.
However, Eric could make one final demand before leaving.
He wants Ridge removed from his leadership position.
Will Ridge sacrifice his power to bring Eric back, or will the Forrester family lose its legendary founder forever?
